MOBILIZING MEMBERS

Jesus warned of the challenge every church would face in outreach: “The laborers are few.”
To fulfill the Great Commission, the church must be intentional and united in motivating every believer to take part in reaching the lost.

01.

EVANGELISM MINDSET

Church leaders must intentionally reshape the mindset of members who see evangelism as optional. Evangelism is a core spiritual discipline for every believer and a vital mission for the church. Outreach becomes far more effective when members work together in pursuit of the lost. There is great strength in numbers.

02.

TEACH THE BASICS

Our goal is to help every member gain a biblical understanding of evangelism—recognizing their divine calling to reach the lost. Through prayer, instruction, and training, believers will move from fear to faith, ready to obey Christ’s command to “go and make disciples.”

03.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Just as church leaders are called to holiness, prayer, and service, they should also model active participation in outreach. With gentle accountability, more believers will follow their example and join the harvest—turning faith into action.

04.

COME AND SEE

Andrew invited Peter to meet Jesus. Philip told Nathanael, “Come and see.” Personal invitations remain powerful today. When members witness the joy of reaching the lost firsthand, the Spirit will stir many more to get involved.

05.

EASY WINS

Host church-wide outreach events that make participation easy and joyful. Plan activities like community picnics, car washes, or neighborhood events—friendly opportunities that remove fear and build confidence in sharing the gospel.

06.

CELEBRATION

Celebrate every outreach victory! Share stories of how God worked through members to touch lives. Hearing these testimonies will inspire others to join in and keep the passion for evangelism alive throughout the church.

The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

Let’s change that—together. When every believer steps forward in faith, the church becomes unstoppable. The fields are ready. Let’s go and reap the harvest for Christ!
