CHURCH PROGRAM

Every church offers many programs—led by gifted members, promoted from the pulpit, and shared in Sunday bulletins. But it’s time to create and promote programs that inspire members to pursue the Great Commission! Here’s how to launch an effective Evangelism Program in your church:

01.

START PRAYING

If your church desires to see lives changed, it must begin with prayer. Victory over the enemy and fruitful outreach depend on God’s guidance and blessing. Encourage your congregation to pray faithfully for the lost, for boldness, and for divine opportunities to share the Gospel.

02.

CREATE A TEAM

Form a leadership team made up of passionate believers from diverse backgrounds—especially those with a heart for evangelism. Their role is to plan, promote, and lead the church’s outreach efforts while providing structure and training for other members.

03.

BIBLICAL TEACHING

Members need to understand the biblical foundation of evangelism and the vital role the church plays in spreading the Gospel. This can be done through Bible studies, seminars, or Sunday school lessons covering: 1/The Mandate 2/The Mission 3/The Message
4/ The Method

04.

EVANGELISM TRAINING

Equip your members with practical skills and confidence to share their faith. Offer regular training sessions such as:
* Beginning with Tracts
➡️ Starting Conversations
➡️ Sharing Testimonies
➡️ Sharing the Gospel
➡️ Answering Questions
These sessions help believers move from learning to action.

05.

OUTREACH EVENTS

Host regular outreach opportunities to help members put their training into practice.
Events may include community service, evangelistic outreaches, neighborhood visits, or church-hosted gatherings.
Each event should strengthen participants’ confidence while fostering teamwork, prayer, and spiritual growth.

06.

ELEVATE EVANGELISM

Evangelism should not be viewed as optional—it’s as vital as worship, prayer, and discipleship.
When members understand its eternal importance, they’ll participate with enthusiasm and purpose.
Make evangelism part of your church’s culture, not just a program.

TOGETHER

We believe the Great Commission is not a solo mission—it’s something we do together. When churches unite in prayer, training, and outreach, God multiplies our impact. Side by side, we grow in faith, reach our communities, and bring the light of the Gospel to a world in need. Together, we can make a lasting difference for eternity.
